I first want to thank you for coming here to read my blog and second, I want to apologize to those who do follow the website, YouTube and Facebook page for the lack of content. It has been an interesting, frustrating, tiring and a very blessed couple of months. Recently I had competed in my first boxing tournament and it was a great experience. I had learned so much both inside and outside of the ring. Will I participate in another? I’m still not sure if I will compete in another one but we’ll see.
As for news for The BEZ Thing we have been quite busy recently. It was about 6 months in the making but we landed an IT contract for a company named Threshold Brands performing backend System Admin actions for a newly developed application, IT business analyst and helpdesk functions. We have been involved for about a month and hope that we can continue to work with Threshold Brands for many moons. We are also in the process of finalizing the agreement for creating and designing a website for an all-youth girl’s basketball league. On a smaller scale we are assisting a realtor with upgrading their YouTube channel with some content. There is also another potential project we are in the process of getting more information so we can start writing up the contract.
There are a few things we can look forward to in the near future and now that we have momentum to getting things off the ground and take things to the next level. My wife has a few freelance businesses that she has here in Brunei and my involvement in her businesses has been minimal for legal reasons but hopefully we can get those things squared away and become much more than just “The BEZ Tech Thing” and grow into “The BEZ Thing. The BEZ Thing will be the complete collaboration of all of our freelance services and the creation of more from the two of us. The long-term plan is to hire a few more people along the way. It wouldn’t hurt to help some other people put money in their pocket as well.
